Something New Together (SNT) was founded by Ann Longley. Ann helps organisations thrive by defining their digital strategy and the operating model needed to deliver it. She helps clients spot and seize commercial opportunities, identify and cultivate talent, and quickly fix problems to prevent disruption and deliver brilliant customer experiences.
As the former strategic digital leader with Lambeth Council (#CDO), Hays, DEC, Prince’s Trust and top WPP media agency MEC (now Wavemaker), she has ignited clients’ digital firepower for over 20 years. She also worked in product innovation and service design with Nesta Futurelab and selected design consultancies.
She is an appointed Fellowship Councillor with the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) and has been a Visiting Lecturer with the University of Greenwich since 2011. In 2018, she co-authored Beyond Clicks for Causes: Agile Digital Communications in Communicating Causes.
SNT provides bespoke services directly to clients, mobilising teams through a trusted network of collaborators, to deliver measurable results.
This flexible model enables us to keep overheads low and hand-pick colleagues to meet your needs. We work with experienced practitioners who will bring complementary skills and diversity into your team. We also offer interim or fractional leadership and work in partnership with selected agencies.
What makes us jump out of bed in the morning?
We also love to share stories. From chairing full conferences, delivering keynotes to moderating panels, please get in touch if you would like us to take part in your educational or corporate event.

“Ann Longley joined us as chair for the Enterprise Digital Transformation Exchange back in June 2017. Despite short notice, Ann was a fantastic compere with an expert understanding of the meeting’s subject matter. Ann delivered as Chairwoman with composure, charm and clarity and helped elevate the value of our conference.”
